Privacy policy
The core PestDecoder workflow runs in the browser and does not require an account or photo upload.
Core product data
The clue decoder processes selections in the browser. A shareable result URL contains the selected clue categories in its query string. PestDecoder does not receive or store those selections through an application backend in the current release.
Server and security logs
The hosting and security provider may process standard request data such as IP address, requested path, user agent, timestamp and threat signals to deliver and protect the site. Retention and processing depend on the production hosting configuration.
Analytics and advertising
No advertising or behavioral analytics script is included in the initial release. Before either is enabled, this policy and consent behavior must be updated with the actual providers, purposes, regional requirements and user controls. No placeholder advertising identifier is shipped.
Contact messages
If you send a correction or support message, the information you provide is used to respond and maintain the product. Do not include sensitive medical information, private access credentials or unnecessary personal details.
Your choices
You can use the reference pages and decoder without creating an account. You can remove clue parameters from a shared URL before sending it. Browser storage is not required for the core workflow.
Changes
Material changes will update the effective date and describe newly enabled providers or data uses before they are activated.
